Condominium

Condominium

A Condominium is, quite simply, a building having separate units, with parts for common use. The most common type of Condominium is in fact a block of apartments.

Buildbest Roofing & Construction provides rules as to how these common parts should be administered. A Condominium Agreement is not a legal obligation, yet most blocks of apartments require owners or future owners to enter upon an Agreement.

The Agreement regulates, among other things, the provision of maintenance works, cleaning services and other necessities to the common parts. It may also include rules as to what is permitted in the common parts or in the whole condominium. For example, some owners prohibit pets in the block, or the use of the common parts for storing personal belongings.
